Refund Policy

This policy applies to The Web Designer Client Closing System. Last updated: June 9, 2026.

Digital product delivery

ClientClose OS is delivered as a digital download. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final once files have been delivered.

Support-first policy

If you have a download issue, corrupt file, missing file, duplicate charge, or access problem, contact support within 7 days of purchase. The first priority is to fix the issue and make sure you receive the files you paid for.

Refund review

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, proven technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved, or accidental purchases where files have not been accessed or downloaded. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed.
